Pré-maternelle (Âges 3–4 ans)

In our bilingual preschool or kindergarten program, we encourage our young students to learn and grow every day. We offer a comprehensive and enriching curriculum that covers a wide range of subjects to make school fun and rewarding.

Bilingual: 70% English, 30% Spanish (or French)

Student-teacher ratio for 3-4 year olds: 12:1, with a floating assistant
Kindergarten (3–4 years)
Pre-kindergarten (3–4 years)

Our bilingual pre-kindergarten program offers a balanced educational experience that prepares children academically while nurturing their creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional development in a stimulating and caring environment.

Language (Spanish or French) + English
Language acquisition is a priority, with children being exposed to Spanish or French, in addition to English. This immersion promotes linguistic fluency while familiarizing them with different cultures and languages.

Mathematics (Spanish or French) + English
Mathematics instruction is integrated into the curriculum, with children learning basic concepts in Spanish or French, as well as in English. This bilingual approach strengthens their numeracy skills and cognitive development. We teach students to learn in the language, not simply to learn the language.

STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is introduced in English, providing young learners with hands-on experiences to explore and understand fundamental principles in these fields, while developing their curiosity and critical thinking skills. Students will participate in experiments and learn by doing.

Visual Arts (Spanish or French)
Artistic expression is encouraged through activities in Spanish or French, allowing children to explore their creativity and develop fine motor skills while discovering different artistic styles and traditions. Young artists can complete their projects in the classroom or in our spacious outdoor space.

Humanities (English)
Humanities are taught in English to help children understand the world around them, including different cultures, communities, and historical events, while fostering empathy and global awareness.

Music (English)
Music education is essential. It exposes children to different musical genres and styles in English, helping them develop their sense of rhythm and appreciation of music, while improving their aural and language skills. Music education also stimulates memory, problem-solving, creativity, and self-expression.

Physical Education (English)
English physical education classes aim to develop gross motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness through age-appropriate activities and games, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle from an early age.
At Kintess, we provide a large outdoor space to promote student health. Exercising outdoors provides numerous physical and mental benefits. Fresh air and contact with nature revitalize the body and mind, providing a refreshing alternative to indoor environments. Natural light improves mood and regulates sleep cycles.
Outdoor activities, with varied terrain, challenge the body differently, improving balance, coordination, and agility. They also allow students to connect with nature, reducing stress and anxiety.
